Placing Your Order with Coach Curtains

Getting a quote for curtains is easy, just email us with your curtain requirements and we will reply via email and provide you with a quote along with estimated delivery time. Once you have accepted our quote we will send you an invoice for payment. Once payment has been made we will dispatch your curtains and notify you that they are on the way.

Our Payment Methods

Direct Deposit transfer into our Account

Our preferred payment method is via Direct Deposit into our account. If you have chosen this payment method our bank account details will be shown on your invoice. When you make your payment, please use your invoice number as a reference. Just remember that it may take a couple of days for funds to clear into our account so your order will not be dispatched until after this time.

What Are Our Shipping Methods

We use Australia Post Express Post and Couriers Please to deliver all orders within Australia. Delivery times are usually 1-3 working days but can be up to 5-7 days for WA or remote and rural areas.

Returns Policy

Need To Return An Order

We pride ourselves on supplying quality curtains and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, you can return anything for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning your package. All Returns must have an authorisation number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box.Unfortunately we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.Sorry but we do not accept returns past 30 days (one month), calculated from the dispatch date.
